This Judo course is designed to introduce children aged 5-12 to the fundamentals of Judo in a fun and engaging way. The course focuses on building physical fitness, improving coordination, and teaching basic Judo techniques and principles. Through structured lessons, kids will learn discipline, respect, and the value of teamwork while developing self-defense skills.
Held once a week, each session lasts 60 minutes and includes warm-ups, skill drills, and practice of Judo techniques.
Skills Development:
Children will learn basic Judo throws, holds, and ground techniques, with a focus on proper form and safety. Classes will also emphasize respect, self-control, and sportsmanship.
Physical Fitness:
Activities are designed to enhance agility, balance, strength, and coordination.
Safety and Respect:
The course promotes a safe learning environment where respect for others and adherence to Judo etiquette are paramount.
Fun and Engagement:
Classes incorporate games and interactive drills to keep young learners motivated and excited about Judo.
Suitable for children aged 5-12.
What to Bring:
Initially, participants should wear loose-fitting clothing suitable for sports, such as joggers and a t-shirt
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Parental Involvement:
Parents are encouraged to observe classes and support their child’s progress

This class is covered by a regular payment every month.
Subscription: An admin fee of £30 per family will be added to your first payment of each academic year.

Payments are made on 1st of each month.
*Courses of 12 weeks are paid over 3 months.
** A Level 2 year courses are paid over 12 consecutive months.
